Hmm, I guess that when he fell in the DIP thing, then his angel thingy was also destroyed.

Or maybe his angel thing did came out, but they never took the shot of it. Instead they took the shot of Psycho laughing and Greasy laughing and dying. That's my guess.

I think that Smart Guy did have an angel; they just didn't show it. They said that the dip could kill a toon, but the weasels were also killed from laughing. It would only make sense for Smart Guy to have an angel, as well, but like the others said, it was probably cut out for Greasy and Psycho's shots.

I kinda thought of it like this: A 'Toon can't die unless their paint is wiped out, hence the purpose of Doom's Dip. The other weasels are technically still 'alive', having 'died' such toony deaths. Unfortunately for Smart Guy, he was viciously fired into the lethal corrosive chemical, ergo his drawn angel could not be animated for anyone else to see.
But he still went to heaven. ^_^;

Yes, BUT, what about the other weasels? Eventually, the Dip spread all over the floor where Stupid, Wheezy, and Greasy's bodies were. Plus, Psycho fell on a dip-coated brush, and he still had an angel.
