Well yes, that's what the purpose is in OUR world, but if you were to think of it in terms of the WFRR world, it seems to most likely be a case of typical toon incompetence. That's what I meant.

Gross negligence. Poor planning and thin walls. Smartass: "That's what you get when everything is made out of ink and paint! The acrostics in the hideout is terrible." Kishi: "Acoustics." Smartass: "That's what I said. What are you up to anyway? Being a wise guy is -my- job!" (Sorry, it popped into my head. :\ I tend to type silly things like that at times. If it's a bother, I'll not do it anymore.)

Oh, I don't mind those sort of lines you, or anyone else writes. You can keep doing them if you like.
Well, they certainly drew attention to themselves when they destroyed a brick wall with Dip and revealed their secret Dip machine room... what a place to keep a secret like that! Right next to the Ink & Paint Club! It could have its advantages, that's for sure... Roger probably visits Jessica there every night.
My guess is that the architect of the Cab Co. building was a total maroon, and found that the only way for people outside to reach the cabs was to knock down a wall and twist around in the back alleys of Toontown... or something like that.

Sure, because that's far better than actually having...I dunno, a front door or a phone number? ;D

That the Cab Company couldn't have made it easy for people to get in? XD Like having a front door or a phone number to call a cab -to- you like most of them do?

I think that they really could've just altered the gates and make the pathway direct... nevermind the FastPass route.

Fast Pass is awesome, tho XP I think they did all that to accommodate for HUGE crowds, didn't they?

Something like that... when I was last there at Toontown, I noticed there was some "toony" voice talking about keeping your arms and feet in, but only the people in the FastPass would've been able to hear it clearly, while everyone else wandered around the alleys. Does that make sense? I'm gonna have to use it just to hear it, 'cause I think it made references to the weasels... I noticed that the stoplight made a reference to them for sure. Couldn't catch all of it, though. That means the audio I found isn't quite complete...
Oy- off-topic here...

Not TOO off-topic... I wanna go to DisneyLand SO bad...XD sorry, selfish... That doesn't sound quite right, that only people in Fastpass lane can hear it. When I was in DisneyWorld, I went on a few rides twice, sometimes once with Fastpass once without. I heard the same recording play first in the FastPass lane, then far away coming from the other lane. Perhaps it just plays over both at random intervals. On Pirates of the Caribbean, it played AFTER you got on and got going, but it didn't play the first time I got on, only the second. Same with Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. It did the same with the "no flash photos" announcement. Where did you find that recording, anyway? Did you record it yourself?

Some filesharing forum, I think. I'd only record that sort of thing if I had an annual pass, anyway... otherwise, I wouldn't have time to get every little detail. When I took those photos, I was working pretty darn fast.

I know how THAT is...family rushing you through the line? Or just crowds?

Well, if it was on the ride itself, it could have been because it was moving the whole time. Wouldn't you just love it if you could go 'behind the scenes' and get really good photos of them?

It was the crowd. I didn't wanna hold anyone up. My mom was somewhere else at the time, if I recall correctly.
