Now where did THAT one come from? I'm new to it- I first heard of it just a few days ago from some graffiti in a bathroom.
Was it somebody mocking someone else for liking Mudkip? You know, in a lame l33t speak sort of way that made the mocker look like an idiot? 'Cause I would totally get that, since some loser criticized me for liking Charmander because they're "weak". That's not what I like them for!

really? huh... you know what, Pokemon fans can be jerks, too. i've met some nice ones and some crappy ones. it's kinda odd how that all goes... i don't really know HOW any of these got started. i guess that 4chan board is a pretty busy place, 'cause that's WHERE most of them get started. but i went on there once and all it was was literally a bunch of ppl saying the f-word over and over...and over...and over... ...DO A BARREL ROLL! Oh yeah, I've known some jerky Pokémon fans, too. Some jerky Mario fans... some jerky Lion King fans... this is the first fandom I've encountered where no one is jerky. It's amazing... I think a big part of it is that there's a lot less to get controversial about.
I'm more familiar with memes that start and/or wind up on YouTube. Usually it's some sort of animation or something or other... like, "I've Got a Jar of Dirt"?
