I think that if Psycho was rejected, he'd just try again. And again. And again. Maybe when he became deperate he'd ask Greasy. Otherwise he just seems to me the type who'd be dedicated to his crush even if his crush isn't at all dedicated to him. And he'd be dedicated with a smile.

Hhmmm.. if he was around a girl especially one he liked. I think he would be all giggeling and blushing at hiding his face under those giant sleeves of his. xD like playing peek-a-boo kinda with her.

I think he would be all giggly, and act like a guard dog. For example, He's hugging her close to him, but when a stranger walks up, he clenches her protectively while baring his Razor-sharp teeth and Growling, then once stranger goes away he snuggles close against her again
