Okay, so we know that Toons are able to hold solid objects, ans so according to the laws of physics they must weigh SOMETHING, right? But 1) ink and paint doesn't weigh much and 2) Toons don't study law. However, Robert Zimicki (sorry, I'm not sure how to spell that) said that based on Bob Hoskin's acting when holding Roger, one can estimate that Roger weighs about 30 pounds. So my question is, do Toons actually have weight greater than the ink and paint they are made of, or are they just defying the laws of physics? and, if they do have weight, is it safe to judge their weight based on mass - what they would weigh were they more than ink and paint (you know, skin, bones, fur, etc.)? okay, very badly worded, but you catch my drift, right?

I imagine they weigh whatever amount they need to. After all, Disney characters obey the laws of physics more than Tex Avery ones, who don't obey them at all, so I would say that their weight, and the weight of toon objects, can fluctuate according to the situation and/or gag. For example- a toon doesn't weigh anything when blown sky high, but they'll weigh a ton when they're knocked out and need to be dragged around.
