I don't see him saying "sister". It seems for of a girl thing to say sister.
But the rest would work.
But being general would be dame, broad, and other things. Doll and such I think would be more directed toward the girl.

ex.
smartguy carries a certain biefcase, that he claims he was looking for
girl next to him: I wonder whats inside it
