Chapter 1: The Leader And The Member
IT begins with Toon Patrol in trial of bank robbery, they went to prison, and were separated in different cells. Smart Guy was looking out of the cell and said "this stinks." out of the corner were fingers snapping, Smart Guy turns around and sees a blue raccoon sitting there. "Who are you?" Smart Guy questioned. "My name is Loopy D Raccoon, and who are you?" Loopy replied. "My name is Smart Guy, but some toons called me Smart Ass" Smarty said. " What are you in for?"Loopy asked. "I was robbing a bank to get money for my family" Smart Guy said with a sad look on his face. "Bogus" Loopy murmured, "I need to go back to my home planet, but the 5-O won't believe me." "You mean your a toon from outer space!?" Smarty exclaimed. "yeah, I look like a toon, but am not" Loopy replied again. "So, you can save me and my patrol from here" Smarty said with a smile. "well, you need to help me on this one" Loopy said. "The guards are coming, its lunch time, you better have a idea to get us out of here." Smart Guy murmured.
